What You’ll Do

Discover classic French bistro cooking with Chef Christina using fresh, local ingredients.

In this three-course cooking class, Chef Christina will teach you classic techniques, such as knife skills, and roasting and baking tips, used by French chefs to prepare fresh ingredients and showcase their vibrant, natural flavors.

Begin with a bibb lettuce salad speckled with bacon lardons and drizzled with a creamy herb vinaigrette. For the main course, Chef Christina will teach you the secrets to roasting chicken with crispy skin and juicy meat, and how to perfectly pan roast fingerling potatoes. For dessert, you'll bake up a batch of dark chocolate bouchons infused with bourbon vanilla.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Christina was wonderful! She is pleasant, polite, fun, and knowledgeable. She shares many helpful tips, tricks, and possible ingredient substitute suggestions during her class. She was also very accommodating so our friend could make a gluten free dessert. The food was delicious and I would highly recommend Chef Christina and her French Bistro Class!
