My 14 year old nephew and I had a great experience learning to make sushi! Liam was knowledgable, friendly and patient as learned to roll the sushi. I really enjoyed having a cooking class in the comfort of my own kitchen and Liam was also very respectful of our home cleaning up along the way and leaving our kitchen spotless. I will definitely sign up for more cooking classes in the future. It's such a fun, interactive way to spend time with family and friends and Liam was the perfect teacher!

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Liam tonight. He is personable and knowledgeable. We had so much fun making sushi, tempura, and green tea crepes! We learned a number of tips and skills to use the next time we make sushi. Thanks Liam!
