Awesome night, delicious food. As someone whose parents are from Taiwan and who grew up making dumplings and Asian food, I can say that this was a pretty authentic experience. Marc and Patty do a great job of making you feel welcome and at ease so you can enjoy your time.

Very entertaining but not as informational. We learned how to make different shaped dim sum but not different fillings so the taste was limited to two fillings and either plain or spinach flavored wrappers.

My team at work and I cooked two Korean street food dishes, both were delicious. Angela did a wonderful job in making us feel welcomed. She led the class and was so engaging throughout, checking in on us and ensuring no one fell behind. Her thoroughness and pacing of the class was great. Everyone enjoyed the class and food afterward.

Our recent cooking class was an absolute blast! Chef Valentino truly made the experience amazing with his expert guidance and engaging teaching style. The pace of the class was perfect, and the Chef was very patient, personable, and made sure everyone was involved and having fun. We did a team building event at Cozy Meal and we made ravioli, tiramisu, mozzarella balls, lemon chicken sauce, fettuccine all from scratch! Chef was extremely attentive and he explained tips and tricks of cooking. He also showed us a lot of ingredients that we typically don't use in our home kitchens (like cow enzymes!). The Chef took good care of multiple colleagues with food allergies as well. Everyone pitched in to making the dinner, and it was a lot of fun rolling the dough, shaping the mozzarella, whipping our own cream, designing our own tiramisu and wrapping our own raviolis. In the end, the meal was restaurant-level delicious, the food was ample amount to feed our group of ~15 people. We had a good time all around, and left with our bellies content and team stronger. Thanks Chef! Highly recommend.

Chefs Patty and Marc were wonderful, super fun, laid back environment. We had a couple of new employees and these events are great ways to welcome them to the team and the chefs provided an amazing setting for this. I speak for the team when I say we had so much fun and I would highly recommend any class with Patty and Marc. We cannot thank you enough for the hospitality and an amazing evening.
