We prepared the Italian Dinner (mozzarella for a garden salad, ravioli, lemon chicken with fettucini, and tiramisu). Everything was delicious and the chef was great to work with. My only criticism of this expereince was the class was quite large, I do with it were a bit smaller, but the chef worked perfectly with all class members.

The class was very interactive and fun. More of an experience to eat and drink with strangers than full on cooking. Sauces/ fillings were premade but we still were hands on with making pasta dough and using the equipment. We definitely will do this again!

Our recent cooking class was an absolute blast! Chef Valentino truly made the experience amazing with his expert guidance and engaging teaching style. The pace of the class was perfect, and the Chef was very patient, personable, and made sure everyone was involved and having fun. Chef was great and very knowledgeable. I liked the collaborative aspect of the food making process, but the group was too big for everyone to be able to participate on every step of the preparation.

We did a team building event at Cozy Meal and we made ravioli, tiramisu, mozzarella balls, lemon chicken sauce, fettuccine all from scratch! Chef was extremely attentive and he explained tips and tricks of cooking. He also showed us a lot of ingredients that we typically don't use in our home kitchens (like cow enzymes!). The Chef took good care of multiple colleagues with food allergies as well. Everyone pitched in to making the dinner, and it was a lot of fun rolling the dough, shaping the mozzarella, whipping our own cream, designing our own tiramisu and wrapping our own raviolis. In the end, the meal was restaurant-level delicious, the food was ample amount to feed our group of ~15 people. We had a good time all around, and left with our bellies content and team stronger. Thanks Chef! Highly recommend.

We had our experience with Chef Valentino and his partner. This was such a fun experience. Chef was filled with jokes and energy. It made our experience great! Our family (parents and a daughter) joined a French class at 5 pm 9/1. It was a great experience! We learned a lot while having a fun time. Chef John Peredina is very talented and funny Chief! Thanks to him and the team members! The classroom (cooking and eating area) is big and clean. the arrangement was what we expected and nice. We highly recommend this class.

We were supposed to make chicken piccata. However, we were shown how to cook two pieces of lemon chicken tenderloins. But, this is not what we ate. We ate boiled chicken pieces over the fettuccine that we made. At least we think the chicken was boiled because it was served from a large pot of water.I donâ€™t even think the sauce was the sauce that was demonstrated in the pan. We wish that we had had more hands-on experience with each food item and we really wish that we were given recipes. The chef and his assistant were well prepared but I think they could have benefited from more help.

Don't ever deal with this company. I had booked them a few years back and they cancelled on me at the last minute because the chef was sick. I had no issue with that and understood something came up. However, I had to cancel due to a family emergency where I had to travel home early and they would not refund me or make an exception, even though I did give notice. I guess it's ok for them to cancel, but if you do they don't want to do anything. I will never book with them again.

Chef was very personable and very knowledgeable. We were unable to cook all the items presented on the menu at the time of booking. Pancakes were prepared last minute by the chef. 4 guests were still preparing food while the other guests were already seated. I feel the event was understaffed and could have been better organized. Perhaps consider adding staff and using â€˜stationsâ€™, ie) each station assigned an item to prepare. Food was cold by the time it was served. I love this concept and my daughter and I enjoyed ourselves.
