Team Building Activity - Handmade Gnocchi and Gnudi

What You'll Do

Gather your team and prepare handmade pasta together in this Italian cooking class.

In this interactive pasta-making team building class with Chef Yapo, your team will learn how to make gnocchi and gnudi from scratch, as well as two sauces and fresh stracciatella gelato.

Using authentic Italian cooking techniques, Chef Yapo will teach you how to make two pastas: Gnocchi, a pillowy potato pasta, and gnudi, a similar pasta made with ricotta cheese rather than potato. You'll prepare creamy gorgonzola sauce and hearty bolognese sauce to accompany the fresh pasta. Finally, end class by making fresh stracciatella gelato from scratch.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Yapo provided a great experience for my family! We bought the cooking class for my dad as a Christmas present because he loves cooking and being with family. He was extremely thorough. Brought all of the ingredients and everything that we needed. He provided us a lot of education about cooking and the ingredients. We never knew how much work it was to make ravioli but Chef Yapo made it easy! My dad and family loved the class! Thank you!!!
