What You’ll Do

This Thai-focused class features authentic dishes packed with superfoods and hearty flavors.

In this hands-on team building activity with Chef Jordan, you and your fellows will learn to make Thai dishes using high-quality ingredients. You'll also learn tips for cooking Thai food and the techniques to make each dish pop and enjoy a beautiful venue with lake views.

You'll begin with tom kha gai soup laden with bell peppers, garlic and ginger. Next, you'll prepare a vegetable-packed chicken curry seasoned with warm spices (a vegetarian option is available). To round out the meal, your team will make a sweet, sticky rice pudding with mango and coconut. Many ingredients used in this class are organic, non-GMO and local.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
