She provided clear and easy to follow instructions, making even the most complex recipes seem simple. The class was not only informative but also enjoyable, with Chef Michelle's friendly and approachable demeanor. I highly recommend taking a cooking class with Chef Michelle for anyone looking to improve their culinary skills and have a great time doing so. Weâ€™ll definitely be booking her again!

We recently booked a Cozymeal pasta-making class for our company as an employee appreciation event, and overall it was a fun experience. Once we arrived at Ranger Creek Distillery, everything went very smoothly. The venue was great, the chef was engaging and well-organized, the timeline flowed well, and our team had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed the class, and it made for a successful employee event. My only criticism is with the Cozymeal platform itself. The booking and communication process was not very user-friendly, and there was very little confirmation or communication after making the reservation. It left me wondering if everything was actually booked. The first real communication I received was about a week before the event when our chef reached out through the platform to review the menu and logistics. I really appreciated that outreach, but I wish there had been more communication and confirmation leading up to that point. Overall, the experience itself deserves high marks thanks to the chef and the venue. I would absolutely do another class, but I hope Cozymeal improves its booking experience and communication, as it would make planning corporate events much less stressful.

We cooked chicken, made risotto, made a salad, and had gelato. It was all very good. The chef, Daniel, was excellent. This was our first time with a cooking class, and we will definitely be doing it again! I don't have the recipes for what we made. I'm not sure if it will be emailed to me or if I just didn't pick them up after class.

We cooked the Strip Steak with Chianti Pan Sauce, crispy gnocchi with arugula salad with lemon-parmesan dressing. I learned to make gnocchi which was fun. The whole event was a great time. Our counter has just the right amount of people which was 4. We were not over crowded like the other counter that had 8. I think 6 is a good number. We would definitely do this again.

It felt like getting to hang out with a friend while they infodump about their passion - which is the exact type of vibe I'm looking for in a class! Thanks, Chelsea! The gnocchi was delicious :)

Everything was great the only thing that could have been better was the instructions on how to find the restaurant I had to call for the name and got lost looking for him because I was not familiar with the La Cantera shopping center. Chef Michelle made a FABULOUS dinner for us in celebration of our 22nd anniversary with dear friends right in our home. Her attention to all the details, and super-organized skills had us feeling confident and excited every step of the way. She selected the freshest, in-season beautiful ingredients for each dish. Every part of the meal was prepared entirely from whole scratch ingredients made into delicious salad, soup, pork tenderloin and sorbet. Chef Michelle's energy and warmth are contagious and give her our highest recommendation!

Add in the fun, great food and education on how to pick and prepare all the right ingredients and I have to say you created an ideal evening. We chose Cozymeal because we were looking for a unique cooking class experience. We have taken classes many times, so we were not interested in doing the same experience again. The address was not disclosed until the day before the class, and we were shocked to find out that we had, indeed, been placed in a different cooking class, not the unique class with Chef Miguel that we had expected. Because we had signed up through Cozymeal, we did not have nametags like the rest of the participants, nor were we emailed the recipes like the others in the class. We were the outsiders from jump. We felt unwelcome, misled, and highly disappointed.

Korean BBQ; learned absolutely nothing. This class was misrepresented through Cozymeal. If I wanted to take a class from another provider, I would have signed up for a class directly through them.

Chief TJ was so kind and nice and helpful! We truly appreciated her delivery of a four course meal in a short two hours! However....the cooking experience was not as described. Four couples prepared one meal. Little did I know that was the format of the cooking class. That was not in the description. Another HUGE disappointment was the meat. I chose this particular class because of the description -- it stated ribeye as the main course. The chief surprises the class with flank steak! The online description was very different from the actual class and therefore I was very disappointed in the entire experience. I actually thought that I was going to cook during my cooking class. I will not participate again nor recommend anyone to participate in Cozymeal.

Chef Miguel was not in attendance today. No hate on the chef that was there. I think she did the best she could but the class was just not what I was expecting. The 1st class I went to was so interactive where each group made their own croissants and we got to see every step of the process. This one had one thing being done for the entire class and we all only saw one step at most. Some only saw others participate and got to eat the meal at the end. The pictures were a little misleading as we all thought weâ€™d be making individual steaks and wound up getting like 3-4 strips of a super thin flank steak. I loved the 1st class so much that I came again and brought my mom to this and it was really just a let down.
