With Chef Juan's confident instruction, you'll have an easy-to-follow lesson in turning out tender pasta made from a wholesome blend of eggs, flour, oil and salt. Then, work on a trio of authentic sauces to top your finished pasta: a zesty marinara, a creamy Alfredo and an herbaceous pesto.

This was just a great experience. Chef Juan was very personable and educated us on the different aspects of cooking this delicious meal. I would totally suggest this to anyone who is interested in trying to learn to cook a special meal such as this.
