Chef Juan taught an amazing class last night in our home. He gave us numerous cooking tips and tricks and we look forward to preparing this meal again for friends and family!

Our cooking class was great! Chef Juan was engaging and helped to make our evening really fun while we learned to prepare really unique hors doeuvres. Everything tasted great, too. I would recommend Chef Juan highly, but I wouldn't recommend Cozymeal. They were a hassle, changed what they said was available, and wouldn't honor the original pricing. I'll book through another outfit next time.

This was just a great experience. Chef Juan was very personable and educated us on the different aspects of cooking this delicious meal. I would totally suggest this to anyone who is interested in trying to learn to cook a special meal such as this.

Juan catered the recent ribbon cutting for Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA) at Joint Base San Antonio. The food was both exquisite in taste and presentation. I can wholeheartedly recommend Chef Juan. He was communicative, within budget, and on time and his staff were amazing as well.

For a corporate event held in San Antonio for a group consisting out of 25 international high profile guests Chef Juan facilitated the lunch for this group. All food was extremely tasteful and well taken care off. Within the group there were a few dietary requirements such as vegan but this was all taken care off and no issue in being arranged by Juan himself. The catering request was very last moment but this was no problem for Juan! The communication was great even with the 7 hour time difference between San Antonio and Europe. If I need a caterer for a future event in San Antonio I now know where I need to go!
