Make the bacon wrapped smokies. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Place a baking rack on top. Slice the bacon into thirds.
Wrap a sausage with a slice of bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
Coat with the brown sugar and place it on the prepared baking rack. Repeat with the remaining sausage.
Bake the bacon wrapped smokies until the bacon is crispy, about 30 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Make the pineapple teriyaki bacon wrapped smokies. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a sheet pan with aluminum foil. Place a baking rack on top. Slice the bacon into thirds.
In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce and pineapple juice.
Wrap a sausage with a slice of bacon. Place a pineapple chunk on top and secure it with a toothpick.

Wrap a sausage with a slice of bacon and place on the prepared baking rack. Repeat with the remaining sausages.
Baste the bacon wrapped sausage with the barbecue sauce.
Place a slice of jalapeño on top and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with the remaining sausages.
