Preheat your air fryer to 400°F, if necessary. In a mixing bowl, combine the green beans, avocado (or vegetable oil), salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Place the green beans in the air fryer basket and air fry for 5 minutes.
Remove the air fryer basket. Add the garlic powder and toss with a pair of tongs to combine. (See notes 1.)
Air fry the green beans for another 3-5 minutes, or until crisp tender. Serve with a squeeze of lemon and more lemon wedges. Enjoy!
Notes:
- Adding granulated garlic later will ensure that it will not burn in the air fryer.
