In this private chef experience, you'll indulge in a sweet and savory brunch menu brimming with fun and sophistication. Chef Corby will prepare lemon curd and fresh raspberry pancakes and a savory quiche peppered with spinach, mushrooms and Gruyère cheese and served with thick sliced bacon. A flat-iron steak with wild mushrooms and Lyonnaise potatoes adds another layer of luxury to this refined brunch spread.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
