Enjoy an elevated Italian meal prepared by an expert chef.

During this private chef experience, get ready to be delighted by the signature flavors of Italian cuisine. Chef William will take you through a culinary journey to the depths of Italian gastronomy.

You'll start by choosing for the first course between seasonal salads, savory Italian meatballs, Tuscan soup and more. For your main course, you'll be able to enjoy from selection of pan-seared scallops to slow duck ragГ№ or creamy risotto. Finally, indulge in classic Italian desserts from white chocolate panna cotta to rich salted caramel budino.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The Alpine Village Cooking Class was a wonderful trip down memory lane for my wifeвЂ™s birthday. Chef William presented an interesting an informative experience with a great meal at the end, especially with the Chicken Supreme Soup!!

We had a fantastic time with Chef William. I booked "A Taste of France" for my wife's birthday. William welcomed us into his home and began teaching in a way that was not just instructional, but informative, detailed, and engaging most of all. He is very passionate about both cooking and teaching, and it shows. We look forward to our next class.

Che Williams was great. This was our first time attending a class like this and he made it very easy to understand and follow instructions. Great at keeping the conversation going so there is no awkward silence. My wife and I had an amazing time and will definitely attend his other classes.

The Cozymeal class with Chef William Ramsay was fun, informative, interesting, and at the end of the class - a cozy meal. Of course when you book you have no idea who else will sign up, but our class consisted of three diverse couples and that brought interesting and enjoyable aspects to the class. Chef Ramsay has a multi-faceted culinary background and a great deal of teaching experience. This made the information provided unfold in a natural manner and easy to grasp. Additionally, there was a glitch in the online sign-up and Chef went above and beyond to assist me in my efforts to become enrolled in the class even though it was short notice.
