We both had a great time Chef William. Previously, weвЂ™ve used this website to book a class but it was in a store. Going to your place was a lot more fun: you were incredibly hospitable, the native Nevadan talk was a lot of fun, and we really appreciated the way you taught the course. There was equal parts humor as well as information. Ash and I really enjoyed this and will reach out sometime soon. Thanks for the fun! I see CM takes a portion of the tip, so we will reach out again where they wonвЂ™t take that percentage!

Chef William invited us to his lovely home and accommodated me and 12 or so of my friends for my wife's birthday. Even though there was a lot of us, everyone who wanted to participate could. Like everyone else said in the comments, he was very knowledge and provided several tips throughout the night to improve your cooking, preparation and cleaning skills. The food was delicious and the pot de creme was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. I highly recommend booking Chef William!

We had a fantastic time with Chef William. I booked "A Taste of France" for my wife's birthday. William welcomed us into his home and began teaching in a way that was not just instructional, but informative, detailed, and engaging most of all. He is very passionate about both cooking and teaching, and it shows. We look forward to our next class.

Che Williams was great. This was our first time attending a class like this and he made it very easy to understand and follow instructions. Great at keeping the conversation going so there is no awkward silence. My wife and I had an amazing time and will definitely attend his other classes.

The Cozymeal class with Chef William Ramsay was fun, informative, interesting, and at the end of the class - a cozy meal. Of course when you book you have no idea who else will sign up, but our class consisted of three diverse couples and that brought interesting and enjoyable aspects to the class. Chef Ramsay has a multi-faceted culinary background and a great deal of teaching experience. This made the information provided unfold in a natural manner and easy to grasp. Additionally, there was a glitch in the online sign-up and Chef went above and beyond to assist me in my efforts to become enrolled in the class even though it was short notice.
