Chef William is a highly talented and passionate culinary professional who brings more than 35 years of experience to the table. He holds three culinary degrees and is a Certified Executive Chef, Certified Culinary Educator and Certified Culinary Administrator. Chef William was named Chef of the Year by the American Culinary Federation, San Diego Chapter, in 2008 and has since earned many more awards and accolades for his work in the kitchen.

We had a great time, again! I really enjoyed last years dinner, but this years was a great time and a lot of fun. Made an excellent date night and I’ll be doing it again. Cheers

We really enjoyed our experience with Chef William! He's extremely knowledgeable and very engaging. All of the food was delicious but his Double Chocolate Cookies are so amazing they'll change your life! It's worth it to go to this class just to get that recipe alone ☺ï¸

Such a great experience! The chef was friendly and welcoming. Taught us as we went along and provided hands on opportunities to practice cooking and playing. Highly recommend! Bonus: food was delicious!

We cooked Salade Niçoise, Coq Au Vin/Pommes Puree, learning a ton of about the dishes origins. My favorite moment was eating the food that we cooked, not knowing how great it'd taste. I would recommend this class to anyone who enjoys food(everyone!). Shout out to Chef Ramsey and his great skill/talent and his jokes. Thank you again, Chef! 12/10 experience

A delicious, entertaining and educational date night! My husband has been wanting to learn how to make pasta properly and this was a perfect experience for it. Chef William welcomed us into his home and was a great entertainer as well as teacher. Definitely recommending to all our friends

We both had a great time Chef William. Previously, we’ve used this website to book a class but it was in a store. Going to your place was a lot more fun: you were incredibly hospitable, the native Nevadan talk was a lot of fun, and we really appreciated the way you taught the course. There was equal parts humor as well as information. Ash and I really enjoyed this and will reach out sometime soon. Thanks for the fun! I see CM takes a portion of the tip, so we will reach out again where they won’t take that percentage!

Chef William invited us to his lovely home and accommodated me and 12 or so of my friends for my wife's birthday. Even though there was a lot of us, everyone who wanted to participate could. Like everyone else said in the comments, he was very knowledge and provided several tips throughout the night to improve your cooking, preparation and cleaning skills. The food was delicious and the pot de creme was one of the best desserts I've had in a long time. I highly recommend booking Chef William!

The Alpine Village Cooking Class was a wonderful trip down memory lane for my wife’s birthday. Chef William presented an interesting an informative experience with a great meal at the end, especially with the Chicken Supreme Soup!!
