For your main dish, cozy up to an exquisite roasted chicken stewed in fresh herbs and a unique demi-glace sauce with classic fondant potatoes on the side. We cooked Salade Niçoise, Coq Au Vin/Pommes Puree, learning a ton of about the dishes origins. My favorite moment was eating the food that we cooked, not knowing how great it'd taste. I would recommend this class to anyone who enjoys food(everyone!). Shout out to Chef Ramsey and his great skill/talent and his jokes. Thank you again, Chef! 12/10 experience
