You'll cook along in real time, learning to shape and cook arepas from scratch using gluten-free Harina PAN before mastering three beloved fillings: Reina Pepiada with chicken and avocado, black beans with white cheese and sweet plantain and Venezuelan-style scrambled eggs with tomatoes and ham. One of the most fun experiences my girlfriend and I have done together! Chef Sharon is an absolute sweetheart and takes every precaution to make you feel safe and better enjoy the event. We had a lovely evening with Chef Sharon! She was extremely courteous, attentive, responsive and the list goes on! She had planned the menu for the three course meal and prepared the ingredients meticulously to make the experience a breeze for us! Her place was extremely clean, comfortable and cozy for our experience. She had well cleaned vessels for cooking and well laid out cutlery to use for dining. It was easy to find her place and park our car as well. The food we cooked tasted amazing and she was courteous enough to send us home with leftovers of our cooking in containers. We would definitely try this experience with chef Sharon for another menu and recommend others to try this cooking class as well!
