Chef Tissany has opened my palette to new worlds and new taste sensations! Especially with organic vegan meals and snacks. Chef Tissany is a stickler for staying organized and clean in the kitchen. And teaches us how to better treat and respect the food being prepared, which leads to greater respect for our bodies! So grateful to be learning from her!!

Chef Tissany is the kind of chef that accommodates whatever her guests' desire, bringing flavor and storytelling to the experience. But if there is one word that describes her best it is: holistic. Her fusion of spices and flavors provide foodies with a unique taste of local foods and the transcendent sense of eating a meal abroad.
