Indulge in the distinct flavors of Thailand as you create from-scratch dishes.

In this interactive online cooking class, you'll learn how to make a flavorful Thai meal with the guidance of Chef Stacy as she teaches you to prepare each dish step by step. Begin with a refreshing lime iced tea, followed by the main dish, a fragrant panang curry with bell peppers and tofu served with rice. Then, for dessert, you'll handcraft banana spring rolls.

Prep Work Details

Gather all needed recipes, ingredients and equipment, and wash and pat dry all produce and herbs. Chop/peel/cut all ingredients as directed in recipe instructions, and cook brown or white jasmine rice ahead of class.

Great class! Stacy was very personable and shared some great tips along the way that we will be using in the future whenever we cook Thai dishes! The entree and dessert both turned out amazing! We will really be able to kick our Thai cooking up a notch now! Pacing was not too fast at all - just prepare and measure out your ingredients ahead of time as indicated in the instructions and you'll be good to go!
