Recreate your favorite fast food meals virtually with Chef Chris.

Join Chef Chris in this live and interactive online cooking class to prepare your favorite fast food dishes from scratch. First, you'll fry up Kentucky-inspired fried chicken with buttermilk, smoked paprika, celery salt and pepper, and a homemade barbecue sauce bursting with flavor from dried chipotle powder, balsamic vinegar and honey. To accompany your fried chicken, you'll prepare crunchy panko-crusted onion rings.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.

Chef Chris did an excellent job. He was very thoughtful and extremely insightful. He did an amazing job explaining cooking methods and how to do things. I would recommend chef to anyone. We will definitely be taking another class
