Online Italian Cooking Class - Classic Eggplant Parmigiana

We enjoyed the lesson and eating the creation. We did 1/3 the amount of eggplant and got through the recipe much faster. (It takes a long time to slice-- @1 cm.-- and process 3 lb. Some folks were still processing at the 2-hour mark. We prepped the salad b before Chef got to it. After 2-hours, we signed off, though the lesson was still going.

Awesome class. Stefano was a great instructor. Kind, patient, and super informative. Not to mention, he helped us make the best eggplant parm we've ever had! We highly recommend his class and hope to take his gnocci one soon. Kudos!

It was just bivouac Chef Stephano knew his stuff but the pace of the class could be improved. I found myself rushing through some parts (I.e. chopping onions) while twiddling my thumbs during other parts (cooking the eggplant). It also would have been better if the chef was clearer about what equipment and food needed. For example, he did not let us know in advance we needed a blender and I only had 2 eggplants but he wanted us to have 4. People seemed to be in the class more for social reasons so I left the class after 2 hours because I was there to learn to cook.

My husband and I really enjoyed this experience! The chef was great and the meal was delicious!

It was a fun class and the chef was very knowledgeable. However, it would have been easier with a 2 person recipe rather than four.

Chef Stefano, took the time to teach us techniques, preparation and presentation. He answered all of our questions the dish came out amazing. He takes a practical approach and makes it fun. Thank you for an amazing experience! We will see you again

It was very fun and loved the simple and healthy recipes!
