Chef Davide did an amazing job. He was engaging and easy to follow; I learned so much! It was a great team-building activity and will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This was our group's second class with Chef Davide. He did a great job, especially considering not all of us are already master chefs and need a bit of instruction.

Chef Davide was amazing!!!! We had a private lesson for my Dad's 76th birthday. My dad had a great time and Chef Davide was so kind, patient and explained everything very well! It was the perfect gift and he enjoyed cooking his favorite meal!

Great class. Easy going. Gave some history on wine. Good amount of time to make the dish. Great at explaining what to do. Made sure everyone was ready to move to the next step and asked if anyone had issues. Very interactive.

A nice combination of practical cooking tips couple with helpful education on food and wine science. I would recommend Davide to everyone and I certainly plan to take more classes from him.

A wonderful and educational class with a nice review of the wines of Italy. The sauce and meatballs recipe was outstanding. Definitely a recipe that will become part of our rotation. Chef Davide was patient and took his time to assure we were all following along with each step. I highly recommend Chef Davide!
