This was an online cooking class. making pasta has simple ingredients but not that easy to do. Making the past for me was hard due to arthritis issues--so which there was a slightly homemade suggestion. The Sauce had great flavors. The cake was excellent. Definitely will make everything again

Chef Stefano's cooking class was so much fun. He is very easy to talk to and will answer any questions if you ask. This was my first class with Chef Stefano and I would highly recommend this class (homemade gnocchi and original tiramisu) or any other class he teaches. I plan on taking more of his classes in the future.

Chef Stefano was experienced and overall a great teacher! My granddaughter joined me today to make gnocchi and tiramisu, we couldn’t have had much more fun!! And the results were amazing! Chef Stefano was a lot of fun, kept us laughing while we learned how to make an amazing meal!

Excellent cooking session. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Who knew crespelli's (crepes) were so easy to make! Chef Stefano was so cool and easy going with us 'type A' ladies, I would definitely book him again. Each step was well explained and he patiently waited for some of us to catch up. He was and very engaging with us. There were a few slight hiccups with connectivity, but all was good in the end and the meal itself was fantastic. I learned a lot about making béchamel and sautéing mushrooms....oh and the best part was the Flambe!! No one got burned. LOL

Chef Stefano's class was excellent! This is the second class I've taken with him, and he does a great job of making more complicated recipes accessible. He really checks in with each student throughout so you don't feel lost, and feel like you can get personalized feedback and ask questions even in a virtual setting. Highly recommend!

Chef Stefano is an incredible chef and teacher! He took a concept that terrified our 14 year old (and us) - homemade pasta - and made the entire lesson attainable and so much fun. He worked with our substituted ingredients with ease, checked in along every step and provided tips and tricks that gave us the confidence to continue on our pasta making journey. A fabulous class, an immensely patient chef and a highly recommended class. You will not be disappointed!

This was such a wonderful class! We bought tickets for all of our friends as a Christmas gift for something we could all do together virtually during COVID. The class was wonderful, the food was some of the best I've ever eaten, and Chef Stefano was a wonderful guide. Highly recommend!

Chef Stefano's Fettuccine alla Carbonara class was great! I'm actually surprised at the price -- it was an amazing deal for what we learned/made. Chef was extremely knowledgable, helpful, fun, and clearly had a passion for cooking. I would highly recommend a class with him!
