My husband and I had a great time at the Cuban cooking class! Our favorite parts were the mango salsa and empanadas, but everything was delicious and we got cooking tips and tricks that we're excited to try at home.

We had a great time with Chef Tracy! Such a fun experience and a learning experience. We love Thai Food so it was nice to finally learn to cook some. We didn't even realize we had signed up to a vegetarian class, but were pleasantly surprised! Very filling and flavorful food.

Chef Tracy is very knowledgeable and fun! I feel like I learned useful tips about cooking in general, and the specifics about the recipes we made. She facilitates the classes out of her home in Midtown. We all know how small those places are! But Chef Tracy utilizes every square inch of that place! I can't wait to take another class.

Tracy was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Such a natural at teaching the art of cooking. Learning some new techniques that I plan to use in the kitchen right-away. The only thing that would make this experience better would be receiving a call beforehand and explanation that this experience is done at her home. I didn't realize that until the last moment and was concerned that the experience wasn't going to be legitimate. It definitely was though! You get lost in what she's teaching and completely forget about where you're at. It was so much fun! And completely safe.

We really enjoyed Chef Tracy. She was very knowledgeable about her craft, I personally enjoyed how she explained the how the herbs and spices reduce sugar in our foods. The meal she prepared with us was delicious and only 500 calories. I would highly recommend her to friend and family.

Chef Robert was an absolute delight! He arrived early and was ready to go in no time. He was extremely patient with us and so helpful. I was writing down recipe information so I could cook it again, and he never got frustrated for having to repeat directions, measurements, or ingredients. He was so polite and funny -- just really personable. The food was AMAZING!!!! OMG the seasonings were on point! There were two of us (me and my daughter) who received the Modern Surf & Turf in-home class. He told us of other classes he does and we can't wait to use him again!!! I HIGHLY recommend Chef Robert if you want to learn to make a tasty meal that is not just pretty food, but also YUMMY food! I am so excited to make the menu soon. He also told us we could contact him in the future if we have any questions or need any help! THANK YOU CHEF ROBERT!!!!

Tracy did a great job of trying to teach me, as a beginning cook some basic techniques -- chopping, judging the location of heat in the oven, arranging vegetables for oven roasting, spices to use. She wasinformative, pleasant encouraging and willing to share her vast knowledge of cooking with my wife and me.

Exceeded our expectations with so much more in depth вЂњsecretsвЂќ to safer and faster meal prep. Chef Tracy explained how the temperature and time were crucial to maintaining balance between flavor, nutrition and texture of each dish. We met another couple from Mississippi so we lingered over the meal as one would do with old friends.

There were 5 of us altogether. We had the best time. Chef Tracy was extremely well prepared, and knowledgeable about all aspects of the in ingredients, and preparation of the meal. And then she is a delight to talk to. It exceeded all of our expectations.

My girlfriend had been telling people for a while that she had been wanting to cook more, so her sister and I both booked her cooking classes with Chef Tracy without knowing the other already had. My girlfriend loved both of the classes and was looking forward to the second one after her first. I had a lot of fun too when I went with her. Chef Tracy was very accommodating and a lot of fun during the classes. The food was delicious and we learned a lot about the nutrition of it all. Thank you Chef Tracy!
