The menu kicks off with firecracker shrimp shooters tossed in sweet chili, soy sauce and scallions over fresh spring mix. You'll then master a peppered sirloin steak with fluffy white rice – a satisfying, technique-driven main course. The class wraps up with a warm roasted peach cobbler topped with brown sugar and whipped cream. Register today and take home a full lineup of bold, balanced dishes.
