Cooking Class - Modern Surf and Turf
Craft a modern spin on classic surf and turf with elevated flavors.
Flavors from land and sea are the highlight of this interactive cooking class, where Chef Robert will teach you the techniques needed to create these delightful dishes.
To begin, you'll make smoky bacon-wrapped shrimp and serve it with a barbecue aioli. Learn how to give lamb chops the perfect sear and accent the flavor with a black cherry demi-glaze for a savory sweet main course sided by creamy macaroni and cheese with lobster and grilled garlic asparagus. Finish with a decadent apple pie made with whiskey and brown sugar.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Robert was an absolute delight! He arrived early and was ready to go in no time. He was extremely patient with us and so helpful. I was writing down recipe information so I could cook it again, and he never got frustrated for having to repeat directions, measurements, or ingredients. He was so polite and funny -- just really personable. The food was AMAZING!!!! OMG the seasonings were on point! There were two of us (me and my daughter) who received the Modern Surf & Turf in-home class. He told us of other classes he does and we can't wait to use him again!!! I HIGHLY recommend Chef Robert if you want to learn to make a tasty meal that is not just pretty food, but also YUMMY food! I am so excited to make the menu soon. He also told us we could contact him in the future if we have any questions or need any help! THANK YOU CHEF ROBERT!!!!

Chef Robert was amazing. He was patient and explained what and why he was doing things. This was a present for my son; to learn. He loved it and the food was amazing.
