In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Robert will teach you knife and cooking techniques as you handcraft a four-course menu focused entirely on vegetarian ingredients.
Start off by frying green tomato bites infused with roasted corn. Next, you'll cook a variety of fresh vegetables, including asparagus, broccoli, squash, carrots and mushrooms for a pasta dish mixed with red sauce and Alfredo sauce. With tomatoes and mozzarella as the focal point, you'll build a Caprese salad with avocado and balsamic drizzle followed by a peach cobbler brought to life with bourbon brown sugar.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Robert was an absolute delight! He arrived early and was ready to go in no time. He was extremely patient with us and so helpful. I was writing down recipe information so I could cook it again, and he never got frustrated for having to repeat directions, measurements, or ingredients. He was so polite and funny -- just really personable. The food was AMAZING!!!! OMG the seasonings were on point! There were two of us (me and my daughter) who received the Modern Surf & Turf in-home class. He told us of other classes he does and we can't wait to use him again!!! I HIGHLY recommend Chef Robert if you want to learn to make a tasty meal that is not just pretty food, but also YUMMY food! I am so excited to make the menu soon. Chef Rob is great and professional, I had a Birthday dinner for my Mom with my siblings and dinner was prepared in less than a hour and shortly after desert was served. I'm definitely going to ask for Chef Rob again in the near future.
