Chef Robert showcases how indulgent ingredients can easily elevate your weekend backyard barbecue in this hands-on cooking class. You'll also learn how to grill and smoke seafood like a pro.

Get started on the grill with oysters on the half shell then turn up the heat for smoked crab legs with seasonings and butter made better with BBQ sauce. Chef Robert will also teach you how to prepare the perfect southern potato salad mixed with seasonings and relish and how to craft a delightful strawberry shortcake with cream.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
