We had a great time with Chef Tracy! Such a fun experience and a learning experience. We love Thai Food so it was nice to finally learn to cook some. We didn't even realize we had signed up to a vegetarian class, but were pleasantly surprised! Very filling and flavorful food.

Tracy was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. Such a natural at teaching the art of cooking. Learning some new techniques that I plan to use in the kitchen right-away. The only thing that would make this experience better would be receiving a call beforehand and explanation that this experience is done at her home. I didn't realize that until the last moment and was concerned that the experience wasn't going to be legitimate. It definitely was though! You get lost in what she's teaching and completely forget about where you're at. It was so much fun! And completely safe.

My girlfriend had been telling people for a while that she had been wanting to cook more, so her sister and I both booked her cooking classes with Chef Tracy without knowing the other already had. My girlfriend loved both of the classes and was looking forward to the second one after her first. I had a lot of fun too when I went with her. Chef Tracy was very accommodating and a lot of fun during the classes. The food was delicious and we learned a lot about the nutrition of it all. Thank you Chef Tracy!

Chef Tracy is very personable, upbeat and knowledgeable. The entertaining space was inviting and set-up ready to go when I arrived. The chef demonstrated extensive food and nutrition knowledge as well as the science behind every "swap" made for more healthy options etc. I found this information very intriguing and useful for my own dietary needs. She was quick to answer any and all questions. I absolutely LOVED the vegan potsickers(which contained jicama and mushrooms) I never had jicama before this dish and am not at all a fan of mushrooms but I ate every bit of what she made! It was THAT good. All the dishes we made were done well, easy to do, and tasted great. I would definitely recommend Tracy.

Chef Minh was cordial from the moment I stepped in the door. I immediately felt comfortable with him and was ready for the demonstration. Workspace was very clean and the open floorplan around the kitchen island made it easier to move around as he moved so I could see closely what he was doing. He went through his thought process well and was vocal with his movements so I knew what he was doing at all times. Each time I asked a question he was very quick to answer and explained thoroughly. The food was all very colorful and his plating techniques are visually stunning. Each dish got a little more complex but he executed each one as if he had done it a thousand times. The flavors, especially the Sicilian dish were unmatched. The sauce he made had flavors with immense depth and thought. Overall there were a few little things that I would like to see a little more of, but definitely a great chef and I would come back to him again.
