From fresh pasta to creative desserts, you'll leave with techniques to recreate a full three-course Italian dinner at home.

The evening opens with crispy fried zucchini served with a rustic tomato purée. You'll then master a classic Chicken Parmigiana, building homemade pasta from scratch and finishing it with a generous five-cheese blend. Sautéed asparagus with compound butter and lardons rounds out the main course before a sweet finale – chocolate-covered strawberry skewers rolled in chocolate cookie crumbles.
