My mother and I had a wonderful experience with Chef Tracy! She was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about the ingredients, spices and overall process of cooking. Chef Tracy provided the "how" and "why" behind everything we cooked. Not only did we create a fabulous meal; we left with more knowledge about health & wellness as it relates to food we consume.
