This was a great experience. Chef Pravy was knowledgable and approachable, everything was organized and efficient, the food was amazing, and I learned a lot. Definitely recommend her class, and also she will be opening a cafe in Fountain Square neighborhood soon called A Cup of Chai which I will definitely be checking out.

Chef Warren was absolutely incredible! Phenomenal at professionalism, personalizing the experience, connecting two groups of parties joining same learning experience, offering the intricate high level details and insight to true art of culinary far beyond a cooking textbook, and truly creating a warm memory for all to take with them. He provides each attendee with material to support the lesson, teaches in a method that is engaging yet never makes the students learning feel less than or spoken down to, and is a wonderful human to be around. He provides clarity in instruction while also allowing attendees to feel safe and supported in the environment. He prepares thoroughly before hand and showcases as extremely prepared, dedicated, and committed to enhancing your experience. Can't recommend him enough.

My wife and I were celebrating her birthday and our anniversary. My brother and sister-in-law came along. We are all amateur chefs. The class was at Chef Pravy's house and her husband assisted. She had an appetizer (samosa) ready so we wouldn't cook hungry and quickly adjusted to our varied experience levels, fielding all of my questions. Together we made butter chicken, lentil soup and chapatis. She also had a rice pudding ready for dessert. After we ate we chatted for awhile and left very satisfied and very happy. The next morning our children had the opportunity to try the leftovers with us and also greatly approved!

Chef Pravy is absolutely amazing. We had a great night cooking and eating delicious Indian Street Food. Chef Pravy drove over an hour for our in-person event and hosted a super fun and enjoyable event. Chef Pravy and her husband were very kind, engaging, and entertaining. We learned a lot and had a lot of fun. Would absolutely recommend Chef Pravy to anyone considering her service!

1) We have a habit of taking cooking classes when we go on vaca. We have taken several classes in Chicago, Ashville, NC, etc. So we have lots of experience 2) As a Senior, standing the entire time was hard for me, my back was starting to tighten up. My suggestion is that when a person singns up, there should be an option of aksing for a stool. 3) ALL, and I mean ALL, of the previous classes at all venues, gave out a written recicpe for each dish, foe each couple. Not having the paper in front of us there was a lot of confusion that didn't need to happen. The Chef did a great job, but she was having to repeat herself way too many times, and becasue it was a fairly large class, there was a lot of side talking (to be expected) but it got to be so loud that we simply couldn't hear the Chef. 4) Going back to number 1, when the cooking part was over, a place to sit down, to eat, would have been great. 5) With all of the above, we will come back. Thanks for the opportunity to leave a few comments.

Chef Pravy was amazing! I booked her for a birthday present for my wifeвЂ¦ and my wife absolutely loved it. We doubled dated with some friends and they were impressed as well. Chef Pravy traveled to our house and was a delight from the start. From the second she arrived, not only was she charming but she was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. The food was fantastic and the unique experience was just so refreshing. A very pleasant evening!

The class with Chef Pravy was incredible! During our class, she took time to not only show us the proper techniques, but share history of the dishes and spices. What a WONDERFUL experience. We could be involved as much or as little in the prep and cooking as we wanted to be. Starting out with safe serve practices was an excellent refresher. We prepped and prepared the first course and sat down at a perfectly set table to be served properly by Chef Warren. Chef Warren's knife skills and learning proper chopping, and dicing techniques were a bonus! The main course was a wonderful "experience" in his kitchen. Chef Warren teaches you how to cook and by that, I mean improvising and adjusting any dish to your liking and tastes not just following a recipe. We had two who enjoy spicy in the party and two who do not. So we "adjusted" the level of "heat" on the main dish but then learned how to take down the heat for those who don't enjoy spicy food and how to take up the heat for those who do. Proving that Chef Warren is a chef and not just a cook! The finale was AMAZING ~ Flaming bananas foster who wouldn't want to learn how to flambe dessert in your own home and impress your friends! And it was delicious! All the email contact leading up to the class was greatly appreciated - checking on food allergies or aversions beforehand to make sure every guest would enjoy the experience.

We had a very fun evening. Chef Warren walked us thru some knife skills, proper ways to cut vegetables, and plating. We made a delicious jambalaya. He was also very accomodating to my gluten allergy. We also had a lot of conversation while cooking and after dinner. Chef is very personable. Definitely would love to book again! Thank you, chef!

We celebrated my wife's birthday with another couple and had a wonderful time with Chef Pravy. We had fun, learned alot about cooking Indian-Street-food-style, and ate truly some of the best food of our lives. She has a great personality, makes dishes that are reproducible at home, has lots of helpful cooking tips, and puts together a great experience. If you're on the fence about booking, just DO IT! You won't be disappointed!

Wow. This whole experience exceeded my expectations! It was truly a special evening. Chef Pravy was extremely warm and welcoming. We loved the intimate settingвЂ¦ allowing for lots of laughter and good conversation. We learned some valuable cookingвЂ™s skills (youвЂ™ll have to ask about the garlic trick when you go), ate the most out of this world delicious food and meet wonderful, wonderful people. We will absolutely be going back for another cooking class! Thank you, Chef, for making the evening so special. :)

We really enjoyed the class and the Chef. The pot we cooked in would be better positioned if it was assessable to everyone. The hood above the cooking area had a nasty layer of grime that surprised us.
