Hello. I am not happy with the platform COZYMEAL. I think it is a nice thing to offer, but specifics were not well communicated. Chef Warren was very pleasant and understanding once we arrived at his house. However, I was not informed that the cooking class was to happen in a personal residence where the owner (Chef Warren) owned a dog. The email notification came just 24 hours prior to the event (did not say a home nor did it inform of a pet on site). Although I love animals, someone in our group had a pet allergy therefore, we had to opt out of the class before it started. It was very disappointing and as I reported this matter to Cozymeal after the fact, there was no supportive measures taken to support the issue except that I could not be reimbursed. I understood the 48 hour cancellation notice rule, but to not share specifics about where the class took place was a lack and drawback of this program. Therefore, I will never pay for another opportunity with Cozymeal nor will I ever recommend it.
