Experience the vibrant flavors of Korea in this hands-on cooking class in Carmel (Indianapolis). Learn to prepare grilled bulgogi beef tucked into crisp lettuce wraps, cast iron scallion pancakes and stir-fried glass noodles tossed with fresh vegetables. Balance the flavors with a marinated cucumber salad featuring scallions and sesame.
