WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn how to make favorite Latin American dishes from scratch with Chef Warren.
In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn from Chef Warren as you work together to create a hearty, three-course meal featuring popular Latin American dishes using traditional ingredients and techniques.

Start with crisp and salty homemade tortilla chips paired with creamy guacamole and fresh salsa. For the main course, develop depth of flavor in a rich red sauce to pour over classic chicken enchiladas with a traditional side of black beans and rice. For dessert, make your own churros coated in cinnamon and sugar with chocolate sauce for dipping.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Your Menu

Homemade Corn Tortilla Chips With Guacamole and Salsa
With tomatoes, jalapeños, tomatillos, garlic, cumin and lime
Chicken Enchilada With Red Sauce
With flour tortillas, queso fresco, roux, cilantro and green onions
Rice and Black Beans
Handmade Churros With Chocolate Sauce
With butter, flour, sugar, cinnamon and heavy cream

Heather . Heather .

We had such a great time and learned a few things! While these dishes were fairly simple and we consider ourselves decent cooks, we learned a few things that we’ll definitely use again. This class touched on everything from knife skills, to seasonings, to creating a choux dough, to presenting your dish beautifully. Chef Warren is witty and knowledgeable. This meal was absolutely delicious; we’ll be recreating it for a family dinner this week! Plus we really enjoyed the conversation with ladies we met at the class. All around a wonderful birthday date night! Thanks chef!
