Chef Lan looks towards her own family's history and culture to offer an authentic class all about the art of the udon noodle.

In this class, you get the amazing opportunity to learn secrets straight from the chef! Chef Lan is prepared to share her mother's secret recipe that is very rare and difficult to find, even in restaurants. This hands on experience will center around the udon noodle, which you will learn to make from scratch. It is a delectable experience that will leave you with impressive new skills.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
