Chef David began his culinary career studying French culture in Paris in the 1970s. He has since worked in some of America’s finest French restaurants with renowned top chefs. Now in Denver, he has run one of the largest catering companies, and was the chef of the celebrated CityGrille downtown.

Chef David is great chef! All of his dishes were delicious. He was very personable and made the experience laid back and fun. I especially loved the Pumpkin Gnocchi dish, which was topped with fresh sage. It was the perfect winter dish!
