Create Italian gnocchi in this cooking class with Chef Jimmy.
In this cooking class, you will learn how to make fresh Italian gnocchi from scratch using simple ingredients and traditional techniques. You will shape tender potato dumplings and discover tips for creating the perfect texture while preparing a flavorful sauce to complete your dish.


Your hands-on journey through Italian cuisine will be fun, delicious and easy to follow from start to finish. You will gain confidence in homemade pasta-making and enjoy a delicious meal. Even if your gnocchi shapes are a little quirky at first, they will still disappear quickly. Book your spot today!

Booked the class Classic Dim Sum Dumplings with Chef Jimmy in Portland (Sullivan's Gulch)

Chef Jimmy was great however the venue was poor. Most cooking classes you are more involved and can see and hear the chef as they cook. Didn’t feel very sanitary in the middle of a brewery. Table was too short and hurt the back. Chairs were a joke. I do not feel the class was worth the money at all.

Chef Jimmy did an excellent job teaching us how to make Dim Sum Dumplings. The venue was sub par as it was in the back of a brewery and did not have proper work surfaces and seemed unclean. Jimmy did the best he could do with the area he had to work with.
