WHAT YOU’LL DO

Master Japanese sushi in this cooking class hosted at a trendy local wine bar.

In this cooking class, you will prepare seasoned sushi rice and learn how to create colorful sushi rolls and elegant nigiri using fresh ingredients. You will practice rolling with nori, shaping rice by hand and assembling balanced bites while building confidence with classic Japanese techniques.

 

You'll discover tips for slicing fillings, forming neat rolls and presenting sushi that looks as good as it tastes. Your first roll may not be perfect but it will still disappear surprisingly fast.
