He was accommodating to early arrivals like myself, we got their first. Chef Ivan is extremely diligent about cleanliness which was fantastic. He was welcoming to our videos and photos. Our team had a wonderful time with Chef Donna! Everybody was able to join in and have a good amount of hands-on time, yet also had time to chat as well. It was a great balance and the meal turned out great! Definitely recommend!

This was an amazing class! We had a bigger group and Chef Ivan was very accommodating when we had to change the number of people last minute. The chef was very thorough in his instruction and it was so fun to use the various pasta making contraptions. We also learned some knife skills and how to make a great pesto (genovese!) loved the dining atmosphere as well. Highly recommend!

We did this class around 2 years ago so this review is a long time coming but it was an amazing experience! One of the best pastas we've eaten in the city and there was so much we took some home for another full meal. The chef really involves everyone in the class to help - highly recommend.
