Build a stunning New England coastal feast from lobster rolls to blueberry pie.
Coastal New England has never tasted so good and in this interactive cooking class in Westlake (Cleveland), you'll get to make it yourself. With Chef Matthew or a resident chef by your side, you'll assemble a warm lobster roll on freshly baked brioche, prepare a crisp butter lettuce salad and cook sea salt and vinegar smashed potatoes. You'll also create a crustless blueberry pie and mix a raspberry lime rickey to finish. Along the way, you'll pick up practical techniques for working with seafood and building fresh, seasonal dishes.
