WHAT YOU’LL DO

Shape four fresh pasta styles with Chef Howie in this hands-on cooking class.

In this cooking class, Chef Howie guides you through fresh pasta made from scratch, including traditional dough and colored pasta for eye-catching designs. You’ll shape pappardelle, tagliatelle, caramelle and torteloni while learning how texture, thickness and filling affect the finished pasta.

 

Fill your handmade pasta with ricotta and Parmigiano Reggiano, then mix and match your creations with mushroom cream, pomodoro and pesto sauces for a family-style spread. You’ll also prepare garlic-sautéed broccolini, grill chicken spiedini with roasted garlic and herbs, then finish with zabaglione, Marsala and fresh berry compote. It’s hands-on, creative and rewarding, with enough pasta shapes to keep your rolling pin busy. Book your spot today!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
