WHAT YOU’LL DO

Craft a beautiful and traditional holiday dessert by hand.
Create a jaw-dropping centerpiece for your holiday table thanks to this chef-led experience focused on an iconic French dessert. First, mix up a spongey cake baked on a sheet tray and some fluffy Italian mocha buttercream frosting. Learn to make a perfect roulade, then decorate your yule log with marzipan pinecones and sugared cranberries.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.
