WHAT YOU’LL DO
Make epic American-style sushi in a modern Brooklyn event space with Chef Shota.
The class begins with the essentials of sushi-making, including how to properly prepare and season sushi rice. From there, learn how to assemble ingredients and shape rolls with confidence. Put those skills into practice by creating two American-style favorites: a classic California roll with crab sticks and a veggie roll filled with mango, avocado and cucumber.
Chef Shota will also share slicing tips. This engaging experience takes place in a stylish Brooklyn event space, making it perfect for a memorable night out centered around great food and new skills.
