Booked the class Bake French Macarons at a Craft Distillery with Chef Rita in Everett

We had a great time in Chef Ritaâ€™s Macaron making class and learned so much! Who knew that making these four-ingredient cookies would include such an involved process. The class was less about the actual recipe and more about learning baking techniques, proper process, creating the right dough consistency, and proper cookie handling & filling.
