You’ll also toss a refreshing salade verte with tarragon-Dijon vinaigrette. For dessert, Chef Eric or one of the talented resident chefs will show you how to assemble a classic mille-feuille with layers of puff pastry and cream. Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Overall great experience! The recipe was really delicious, better than I expected. The instructor made the ice cream and I was hoping that we’d learn that part - as I knew how to cook everything else. A good time nonetheless!
