WHAT YOU’LL DO

Take wine pairings to the next level with this high-end menu.
In this interactive cooking class, an expert chef shares tips for incorporating different wines into an upscale feast. Learn to develop a luscious chianti sauce to pair with prosciutto-wrapped chicken and stir oaky chardonnay into creamy pecorino risotto. For a decadent finish, you’ll poach jammy figs in bold cabernet to serve with vanilla ice cream.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
This class is suitable for ages 18+.
