I Enjoyed this class so much! It was my first time, and the Teacher/ Chef and her Sous Chef made me feel so welcomed. I learned so much and had no trouble with anything due to the Chefs excellent explanation and teaching skills. I highly recommend this or any upcoming classes. Will definitely be back!

He'd check in on each table and give a helping hand as well. It was my first time making pasta from scratch so it was a fun experience! Would highly recommend!

Chef Devin was truly a treat to work with. Did the Fresh Mediterranean Flavors: Falafel to Baklava vegetarian class with him. He gave several options/adjustments that are helpful in our personal cooking experiences. I truly appreciated this insight, feedback, and improvisations. Those little gems of knowledgeable are more valuable than preparing the receipe. I would love to see more vegetarian cooking classes offered, esp involving beans, nutritional acumen, meaning a meal considering protein, mineral consumption, etc.

Chef Marion was excellent. The class was a lot of fun. The ovens weren't big enough or didn't cook evenly enough. Despite Chef Marion rotating the pies a lot, the crusts got burned on one side. Such a shame.

Our chef was bubbly and fun but I was disappointed that our chicken breast cutlet had been butchered. Instead of receiving 2 full cutlets we had one full and one that had been butchered into 4 pieces of varying sizes. The chef apologized, which I appreciate, but I world expect better quality for the class. It did make it a bit challenging to cook within the time allotted considering that 4 people were using a single burner/pan and we had twice the amount of pieces to brown. The texture of the chicken was also off. It was very chewy, hard to describe, but not palatable. Maybe it didnâ€™t get tenderized enough? I didnâ€™t want to make a big deal in front of the other guests so I didnâ€™t say anything to the chef and The piece that wasnâ€™t butchered had a normal texture. Sauce was delicious and I canâ€™t believe how easy it is to make pasta from scratch! I will be attempting to make at home.

Was under the impression that each couple would have their own dish to share rather than one dish split 4 ways for the price paid. A fun class overall! Unfortunately, we didnâ€™t get to do a whole lot of cooking though because of the limited outlets the chef made most of the sauces. It was a lot of watching and not a whole lot of doing which was a little disappointing. Also, it wasnâ€™t made clear in the sign up that we would be paired with a random couple. Overall, I think the class expectations need to be laid out more clearly in the sign up.
