WHAT YOU’LL DO

Craft an intimate dining experience with dishes meant for sharing.
Experience a taste of romance in this cooking class, where you’ll prepare seared scallops with a rich tarragon butter sauce that ignites passion. Combine this with a crisp shaved fennel salad and saffron-infused risotto for a delightful pairing. End the evening sweetly with a chocolate soufflé drizzled with salted caramel, ideal for a romantic dessert duet.
Tea, coffee and water will be provided. Guests are welcome to bring non-alcoholic beverages.
