WHAT YOU’LL DO

Perfect your bread-making skills with expert guidance.
Explore the rich bread-making traditions of Ireland and Italy in this hands-on cooking class. With guidance from an esteemed chef, you'll gain confidence while working with yeast, proofing dough and shaping bread into scrumptious creations. First on the menu is a savory Irish cheddar and spring onion soda bread, then you'll craft a traditional Italian rosemary and roasted garlic focaccia. For the final touch, you'll bake soft, flavorful pesto rolls.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
This class is suitable for ages 14+ with an adult present. Children under 17 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Class price is per person.

Very well run class, it was fun and I liked how chef threw in all kind of cooking tips while we were cooking. Thank you for all you and your staff did to make it happen. I would suggest that you add more time to the class or remove one of the dishes from the menu, it was too much too rushed. Thank you for the recipes too. I signed us up for another class this spring ..
